Main Responsibilities:

  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service to all residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Security and Access Control: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, and maintain a secure and safe environment for all residents.
  • Building Maintenance: Conduct regular building checks, log/report any maintenance issues, and ensure the communal areas are always kept clean and tidy.
  • Communication: Communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues, and respond to any incidents or complaints in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reporting: Complete operational reports and handovers, and report any operational issues to the relevant manager.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 2 years of experience in residential or 5-star hotel management.
  • Reliability and Timekeeping: Demonstrate reliability and good timekeeping, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Communication Skills: Possess excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with residents, guests, and colleagues.
  • Initiative and Problem-Solving: Demonstrate initiative and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
