Concierge Night Role

We are seeking a professional Concierge to join our team on a night shift basis. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for ensuring the building remains presentable and providing excellent customer service to visitors.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the reception desk and handle front desk calls
  • Oversee delivery and manage building records
  • Assist with guest and resident inquiries
  • Monitor CCTV systems and conduct site patrols
  • Oversee contractors and ensure the building is maintained to a high standard
Requirements:
  • Professional and customer-focused individual
  • Experience in hospitality or a related field (desirable)
  • Keen to learn and develop new skills
  • Presentable and motivated with a positive attitude
  • Immediate start available or reasonable notice
Benefits:
  • Competitive salary of £24k to start, increasing to £25k on completion of probation
  • Guaranteed overtime if required
  • 28 days holiday per year
