Job Title: Night Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Concierge to join our team at Ballymore. As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their safety and security, and maintaining the overall quality of our estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Assist with the security of residents and the estate, ensuring that all areas are secure and that residents feel safe.
  • Manage the communication systems within the estate, including telephones, radios, and internal intercom systems.
  • Issue visitor parking permits and provide information on parking procedures.
  • Collaborate with the security team to ensure the estate is secure and that any concerns are addressed promptly.
  • Perform key audits and maintain accurate records of key issues.
  • Respond to resident inquiries through the b. Life system, ensuring timely and effective communication.
  • Perform other duties as required to maintain the high standards of our estate.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • High level of discretion and confidentiality.
