**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to residents, responding to their queries and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
  • Conduct regular security checks and patrols to ensure the residence is secure and free from any potential risks.
  • Collaborate with colleagues and managers to resolve maintenance issues and provide practical solutions to residents' problems.
  • Assist with parcel and post queries, ensuring that residents receive their mail and packages in a timely manner.
  • Maintain the cleanliness and organization of property bin stores and ensure that bins are collected regularly.
  • Conduct thorough checks and building walks, logging all observations on an iPad to ensure that any issues are addressed promptly.
  • Inspect communal areas, including the plant room, lifts, and corridors, to ensure they are clean and well-maintained.
  • Wear a lone-working device at all times while on duty to ensure resident safety.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge, including training on our bespoke IT resident reporting systems and processes.

**Requirements:**

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work a 4-on-4-off rota, including evenings and weekends.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; degree preferred.
