Job Title: Concierge Night Shift

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge Night Shift professional to join our team at Ballymore. As a Concierge Night Shift, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our luxury environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of service to residents, ensuring their requests are dealt with efficiently and in a timely manner.
  • Assist with the security of residents and the building, maintaining the safety of all residents and visitors.
  • Manage communication systems within the estate, including telephone, radios, and internal intercom systems.
  • Issue visitor parking permits and provide explanations on onsite parking procedures.
  • Liaise with security and cleaning staff to ensure the estate runs smoothly.
  • Report any security or health and safety issues, as well as incidents or complaints.
  • Safeguard security keys and issue them only to authorized personnel.
  • Cross-train other resort departments and respond to resident enquiries through the b. Life system.
  • Conduct apartment and estate key audits during night shifts and deal with maintenance and cleaning problems.
  • Maintain a safe environment for all people in the estate and handle people's data securely.
  • Report accidents and record them in the accident book as necessary.
  • Turn on and off lobby lights at the appropriate times.
Requirements:
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience.
  • Ability to multi-task and time-manage.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
