Job Title: Concierge (Night)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Ballymore. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents, ensuring their needs are met in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of customer service to residents, responding to their requests and inquiries in a prompt and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the security of residents and the building, ensuring the safety of all residents and visitors.
  • Manage the communication systems within the estate, including telephone, radios, and internal intercom systems.
  • Issue visitor parking permits and provide explanations of onsite parking procedures.
  • Aid the Security team by communicating regularly and reporting any concerning matters.
  • Liaise with cleaning staff regarding domestic rubbish removal and report any security or health and safety issues.
  • Safekeeping of security keys and issuing of keys only to authorized personnel.
  • Cross-training of other resort departments and responding to resident enquiries via the b. Life system.
  • Receipt and issue of residents' dry cleaning/laundry and apartment key audit during night shift.
  • Proactively deal with maintenance and cleaning problems and maintain a safe environment for all residents.
  • Secure handling of people's data and report any accidents and record in the accident book.
  • Turn on and off lobby lights at appropriate times and handle high-pressure moments with complex issues.
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills and polite and confident demeanor.
  • Ability to multi-task and time-manage, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
