Job Title: Concierge (Night)

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Concierge to join our team at Ballymore. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our residents and ensuring the smooth operation of our estate.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a high level of service to residents, responding to their requests and needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Assist with the security of residents and the estate, ensuring the safety and well-being of all individuals.
  • Manage communication systems, including telephones, radios, and internal intercom systems.
  • Issue visitor parking permits and provide information on onsite parking procedures.
  • Collaborate with security personnel to address any security concerns or issues.
  • Report any security or health and safety issues to the relevant authorities.
  • Perform key audits and ensure the safekeeping of security keys.
  • Respond to resident enquiries via the b. Life system, ensuring timely resolution of open tickets.
  • Conduct apartment and estate key audits during night shifts, following up on any missing keys.
  • Proactively address maintenance and cleaning issues within the estate.
  • Maintain a safe environment for all individuals within the estate.
  • Handle personal data securely, ensuring compliance with GDPR regulations.
Requirements:
  • Polite and confident with excellent communication skills.
  • Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
