Night Shift Concierge

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Night Shift Concierge to join our team at FPMR Ltd. As a Night Shift Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our residents, ensuring their safety and security, and maintaining the overall quality of our facilities.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Deliver outstanding customer service to all residents, responding to their needs and concerns in a timely and professional manner.
- Security and Safety: Verify all visitors, suppliers, and contractors, and maintain a secure and safe environment for all residents by conducting regular security checks and reviewing CCTV footage.
- Maintenance and Reporting: Carry out regular building checks, log/report any maintenance issues, and ensure that all communal areas are clean, tidy, and presentable.
- Communication: Report any incidents, problems, or complaints to the appropriate manager promptly, and maintain strong written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Experience: Previous experience in customer service, security, or a related field is essential.
- Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills, experience in the highest level of customer service, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
