Concierge Night Shift Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced and professional Concierge to join our team at Ballymore in E14. As a Night Concierge, you will be responsible for providing a high level of service to our residents and ensuring their needs are met in a timely and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide exceptional customer service to residents and guests
  • Assist with the security of residents and the building
  • Manage incoming and outgoing parcels
  • Meet and greet residents, guests, and clients
  • Ensure the smooth running of communication systems
  • Issue visitor parking permits and explain parking procedures
  • Communicate with security and cleaning staff
  • Report any security or health and safety issues
  • Safekeeping of security keys
  • Cross training of other resort departments
  • Respond to resident enquiries
  • Issue and receipt of residents' dry cleaning/laundry
  • Apartment and Estate key audit
  • Pro-actively deal with maintenance and cleaning problems
  • Maintain a safe environment for all people in the estate
  • Secure handling of people's data
  • Report any accidents
  • Turn on and off lobby lights
Requirements:
  • Polite and confident with a great deal of patience
  • Ability to multi-task and time-manage
