About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Ellis Mason Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling and entering complex sales orders onto our CRM system or Excel database
  • Assisting the Sales team with the production of quotations and pricing
  • Working with the Sales team to ensure timely delivery of orders and effective communication with customers
  • Handling incoming calls and providing first-class customer service
  • Managing social media engagement and creating content to engage with our audience
  • Performing general administrative tasks to support the sales team
Requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
