We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Customer Service Coordinator to join our team at Mumford & Worrall Ltd. As a key member of our customer-facing team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers receive the highest level of support.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to ensure their needs are met and exceeded.
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery and resolution of any issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including Engineering, Planning, Production, and Quality, to ensure comprehensive understanding of order status.
- Communicate effectively with customers regarding delays or issues, managing their expectations and resolving complaints in a professional manner.
- Respond to and resolve customer enquiries and complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Coordinate with logistics and courier companies to arrange shipments and manage demo stock availability.
- Attend daily and weekly production meetings to ensure alignment with business objectives.
- Run weekly open order books for each customer and distribute accordingly.
- Process invoices and credits on a weekly basis, ensuring optimal position by month end.
- Work closely with the Inside Sales Team to achieve business KPIs.
- Engage in process improvement and change projects to drive business growth.
- Cover spare parts and maintain flexible working hours to meet business needs.
- Previous experience in customer service, sales order processing, and working in a close team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- High level of attention to detail and order inputting.
- Ideal experience working in a manufacturing environment.
- A 6-month contract with a possibility of extension.
- A full-time, temporary position with a competitive salary and benefits package.
