About the Role

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Coordinator at Ellis Mason Ltd.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and supporting the sales team in their daily activities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Compiling and entering complex sales orders onto the SAGE CRM or Excel database
  • Assisting the Sales team with the production of quotations and pricing
  • Keeping in contact with existing and new customers to ensure optimal service
  • Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
  • Managing the storage of sample packs and print retains
  • Assisting with data lists and general administrative tasks
Requirements
  • Strong customer service skills and experience in a sales-driven environment
  • Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, specifically Excel
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
What We Offer
  • Competitive salary range of £25,000-£27,000 per annum
  • 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
  • Flexible working hours, including the possibility of home working on Fridays
  • On-site parking or a 10-minute walk from the train station
