The successful candidate will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing sales orders, and supporting the sales team in their daily activities.
Key Responsibilities- Compiling and entering complex sales orders onto the SAGE CRM or Excel database
- Assisting the Sales team with the production of quotations and pricing
- Keeping in contact with existing and new customers to ensure optimal service
- Handling incoming calls and responding to customer inquiries
- Managing the storage of sample packs and print retains
- Assisting with data lists and general administrative tasks
- Strong customer service skills and experience in a sales-driven environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft programmes, specifically Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
- Competitive salary range of £25,000-£27,000 per annum
- 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays)
- Flexible working hours, including the possibility of home working on Fridays
- On-site parking or a 10-minute walk from the train station
