Key Responsibilities of the Lounge Operations Supervisor

  • Warmly greet guests and oversee a comprehensive range of food and beverage offerings in The Living Room Lounge.
  • Ensure adherence to all standards, policies, and procedures related to food and beverage service within the lounge, with a strong emphasis on colleague training, guest satisfaction, product excellence, and financial success.
  • Supervise lounge staff, providing mentorship and support to uphold exceptional service standards and ensure seamless operations during dining and afternoon tea services.
  • Collaborate with management to develop training initiatives that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Monitor guest feedback proactively and implement measures to address any concerns, consistently striving to exceed guest expectations and enhance positive reviews.

About You

We seek candidates with prior experience in a luxury hospitality environment. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are essential, with a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
