Key Responsibilities of the Bar Lounge Team Leader
- Greet guests with warmth and oversee a comprehensive range of food and beverage offerings in The Living Room Lounge.
- Maintain and enforce all standards, policies, and procedures related to food and beverage service within the lounge, focusing on colleague training, guest satisfaction, product excellence, and financial success.
- Supervise lounge staff, providing mentorship and support to uphold exceptional service standards and ensure seamless operations during dining services.
- Collaborate with management to implement training initiatives that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
