Role Overview

As the Bar Lounge Team Leader, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional food and beverage experiences in The Living Room Lounge. Your leadership will ensure that our guests receive a warm welcome and a diverse selection of services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide a warm welcome to guests and oversee a comprehensive range of food and beverage offerings in the lounge.
  • Maintain and enforce all standards, policies, and procedures related to food and beverage service, with a focus on colleague training, guest satisfaction, product quality, and financial performance.
  • Supervise lounge staff, offering guidance and support to uphold high service standards and ensure seamless operations during dining services.
  • Collaborate with management to develop and implement training programs that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service.
  • Monitor guest feedback proactively, addressing any concerns to consistently exceed expectations and encourage positive reviews.
