As a**_ Food and Beverage Supervisor_** you will oversee all aspects of the Tea Lounge and Terrace operations, whilst supporting all other venues as required. You will ensure that each and every guest has a breath-taking experience. You will also be empowered to get to know your guests and ensure that you take the necessary steps to personalise their stays and make lifelong memories for them. Inspire and lead the Tea Lounge and Terrace team in the day-to-day smooth running of operation. Embrace and display the St Ermin’s culture of Fun, Love and Energy.

**What will you be doing?**
- Managing the day-to-day operation of the Tea Lounge and Terrace in line with hotel standards and procedures
- Operationally overseeing all hotel F&B services across the property and visible to the guest and team on the floor and supporting Restaurant and Bar as and when required
- Delivering and enhancing the hotel’s Afternoon Tea experience in the Tea Lounge in conjunction with both the Food and Beverage Director and Head of Pastry
- Supporting the Food and Beverage Director with regular formal and informal team reviews and one to ones, creation of stimulating objectives and development plans for all team members
- Coordinating the maintenance and development for high quality preparation of food and drink
- Liaising closely with sales and monitoring booking engines and ordering systems to ensure efficient scheduling is in place to ensure high standard of service according to businesses levels
- Attending daily and weekly operations meetings as the representative of F&B
- Assisting the Director of F&B in the preparation and delivery of regular departmental briefings and team communication
- Assisting, in conjunction with the People & Development Team, in the recruitment, selection and induction of new team members
- Ensuring that the Hotel’s standards regarding Health and Safety and Food Hygiene are adhered to
- Assisting the hotel management in taking on any other responsibilities when necessary
