Key Responsibilities of the Bar Lounge Team Leader

  • Warmly greet guests and oversee a comprehensive range of food and beverage offerings in The Living Room Lounge.
  • Ensure adherence to all standards, policies, and procedures related to food and beverage service within the lounge, focusing on colleague training, guest satisfaction, product excellence, and financial success.
  • Supervise lounge staff, providing mentorship and support to uphold outstanding service standards and facilitate seamless operations during dining services.
  • Collaborate with management to implement training initiatives that enhance skills and knowledge in food and beverage service, fostering a culture of ongoing improvement.
  • Monitor guest feedback and proactively address any concerns, striving to consistently exceed expectations and encourage positive reviews.

About You

You possess prior experience in a luxury setting within the hospitality sector. Your exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are complemented by a commitment to delivering outstanding service.
