About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled Bar & Lounge Manager to join our team at Gateway Hospitality Recruitment. As a Bar & Lounge Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales in a luxury hotel setting.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of hospitality professionals to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales
  • Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and improve customer satisfaction
  • Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment to ensure efficient operations
  • Collaborate with the hotel's management team to achieve business objectives
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role, preferably in a luxury hotel setting
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Knowledge of hospitality industry trends and best practices
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

What We Offer:

  • A competitive salary package worth £41k, including a basic salary of £34k and a service charge of £7k
