About the Role

Careers Plus is seeking a skilled IT Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our managed services team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional IT support to our clients.

This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and customer-focused IT professional who is eager to join a dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for handling managed services requests, prioritizing and resolving them effectively.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Troubleshoot and resolve IT issues efficiently and effectively
  • Handle managed services requests and prioritize tasks accordingly
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and support
  • Collaborate with other support engineers and technical teams to resolve complex issues

**Requirements:**

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting skills and ability to diagnose and resolve IT issues
  • Proficiency in system administration tasks, including user account management and group policy configurations
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical users
  • Strong documentation skills and ability to record support interactions and troubleshooting steps
