Compensation: This position offers a competitive starting wage, with opportunities for increases upon successful completion of the probationary period, along with additional incentives.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area.
  • Assist guests by providing information on local attractions, services, and activities.
  • Facilitate transportation arrangements for guests as needed.
  • Manage reservations for entertainment and obtain necessary tickets.
  • Coordinate special events and functions as directed by management.
  • Support the front office team when required.
  • Maintain professional telephone etiquette.
  • Oversee concierge operations and valet services, ensuring adherence to established standards.
  • Ensure proper maintenance and availability of equipment for daily operations.
  • Accurately manage guest luggage records and fulfill special requests.
  • Process and deliver messages for guests efficiently.
  • Safely store and handle guest luggage.
  • Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requests, and special events.
  • Maintain order and safety in lobby and entrance areas.
  • Assist management during emergencies as needed.
  • Exhibit a professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
  • Facilitate the collection and delivery of luggage for guests.
  • Ensure timely delivery of guest requests to rooms.
  • Support the Food & Beverage department with room service duties.
  • Meet guest requirements as per established procedures.
  • Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
  • Coordinate special service requests with relevant departments.
  • Foster positive relationships with all departments and communicate effectively.
  • Understand responsibilities related to safety procedures and emergency protocols.
  • Perform additional duties as required.
