Compensation: This position offers a competitive starting wage, with opportunities for increases upon successful completion of the probationary period, along with additional incentives.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire comprehensive knowledge of the hotel's amenities and the surrounding area.
- Assist guests by providing information on local attractions, services, and activities.
- Facilitate transportation arrangements for guests as needed.
- Manage reservations for entertainment and obtain necessary tickets.
- Coordinate special events and functions as directed by management.
- Support the front office team when required.
- Maintain professional telephone etiquette.
- Oversee concierge operations and valet services, ensuring adherence to established standards.
- Ensure proper maintenance and availability of equipment for daily operations.
- Accurately manage guest luggage records and fulfill special requests.
- Process and deliver messages for guests efficiently.
- Safely store and handle guest luggage.
- Stay informed about hotel services, VIP requests, and special events.
- Maintain order and safety in lobby and entrance areas.
- Assist management during emergencies as needed.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor with a focus on hospitality and guest satisfaction.
- Facilitate the collection and delivery of luggage for guests.
- Ensure timely delivery of guest requests to rooms.
- Support the Food & Beverage department with room service duties.
- Meet guest requirements as per established procedures.
- Maintain a clean and safe working environment.
- Coordinate special service requests with relevant departments.
- Foster positive relationships with all departments and communicate effectively.
- Understand responsibilities related to safety procedures and emergency protocols.
- Perform additional duties as required.
