As a Service Centre Operations Coordinator, you will play a vital role in supporting the efficient operation of our Service Centre, ensuring seamless communication with customers, technicians, and management teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and maintain accurate records of customer interactions, service requests, and technician schedules.
  • Provide exceptional customer service, responding to inquiries, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Collaborate with the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor to ensure effective scheduling, resource allocation, and task management.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with external customers, technicians, and field management teams.
  • Assist with inventory management, ordering supplies, and maintaining a well-stocked Service Centre.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety protocols, adhering to company policies and procedures.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the Service Centre Manager and Supervisor.

Requirements:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects.
