Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Service Delivery Coordinator to join our team at PIB Group. As a key member of our Service Delivery team, you will play a vital role in supporting our Account Handlers with their day-to-day tasks and account broking.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service support and assistance to our Account Handlers, ensuring seamless delivery of our services.
  • Work closely with the Service Delivery team to develop and implement processes that drive client outcomes and working processes.
  • Ensure accuracy and attention to detail in all administrative tasks, adhering to Group policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
  • Utilize your knowledge of compliance, FCA regulations, and business policies to handle tasks in line with our high standards.
  • Collaborate with colleagues to provide a professional administration service, enabling our Account Handlers to focus on client-facing growth activities.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 GCSEs, Grades A-C, including English and Maths.
  • Proven client service and administrative experience, with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Basic understanding of the broking insurance market and the role of regulation and compliance.
  • Computer literate with good experience of using MS Office Suite and operational use of Acturis.
