Role Overview

Key Responsibilities

Our Assistant Store Managers are expected to create an unforgettable retail experience by:

  • Collaborating with the Store Manager to drive sales and profitability
  • Inspiring, guiding, and coaching sales associates
  • Assisting the Store Manager in executing established retail processes while seeking improvements
  • Maintaining knowledge of core retail operational procedures, including inventory and financial performance
  • Reporting on performance metrics and demonstrating understanding of KPIs to enhance store outcomes
  • Ensuring the store is visually appealing, adhering to brand merchandising standards
  • Providing support in the absence of the Store Manager

  • You enjoy engaging with customers and set a positive example for your team through your proactive approach and enthusiasm for delivering exceptional service.
  • You are confident in taking initiative when the Store Manager is unavailable, showcasing your leadership qualities.
  • You contribute to building a cohesive team that shares your passion for outstanding shopping experiences, taking pride in mentoring team members.
  • You possess experience in store operations, team leadership, and driving sales performance.
  • You have strong communication skills in English (additional languages are a plus).
  • You are proficient in MS Office and various POS systems.
  • You are adaptable to working weekends, evenings, and holidays as required.
