Role Overview:

We are on the lookout for a Finance and Insurance Manager to enhance our Audi dealership in Bexley, ensuring the delivery of favorable customer outcomes from the sale of financial products, insurance, warranties, and supplementary offerings.

Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent role presents an excellent opportunity for seasoned automotive sales professionals aiming to advance their careers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to guarantee adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
  • Provide expert advice and guidance to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for positive outcomes with sales performance.
  • Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and evaluating part exchanges.
  • Prepare monthly reports on finance and insurance sales performance.
  • Enhance the skills of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.

Candidate Profile:

  • Prior experience as a Transaction or Business Manager within a franchise or a background in a Sales Executive or Sales Controller role.
  • Ability to work effectively under deadlines.
  • Professional demeanor with the capability to mentor colleagues.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and compliance.
  • A collaborative team player who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
  • Exceptional customer management abilities.
