The Position
We are in search of a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our dealership team, dedicated to ensuring positive customer experiences through the sale of financing options, insurance products, warranties, and additional services.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent role presents an exceptional opportunity for seasoned automotive sales professionals eager to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sale of vehicles along with financing and insurance products, ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Provide expert advice and support to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the pursuit of positive outcomes with sales objectives.
- Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and evaluating trade-in values.
- Prepare monthly reports on finance and insurance sales metrics.
- Enhance the capabilities of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a Transaction/Business Manager role or within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller capacity.
- Able to thrive under deadlines.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor with the capability to mentor peers.
- Demonstrate strong attention to detail and compliance standards.
- A collaborative team player who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
