Position Overview
We are on the lookout for a Finance Operations Manager to join our Honda dealership. This role is pivotal in ensuring optimal customer experiences through the sale of financial products, insurance, warranties, and supplementary offerings.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent position presents an exceptional opportunity for seasoned automotive sales professionals eager to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sale of vehicles along with financial and insurance products, ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Provide strategic advice and support to Sales Executives, ensuring a balance between achieving favorable outcomes and meeting sales targets.
- Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and evaluating trade-in values.
- Prepare monthly reports detailing finance and insurance sales performance.
- Enhance the capabilities of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance products.
Candidate Profile
- Prior experience in a Transaction or Business Manager role, or a background as a Sales Executive or Sales Controller.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Exhibit a professional demeanor with a capacity to mentor peers.
- Strong focus on detail and compliance.
- A collaborative team player with the ability to take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
