Overview:
As a key member of our team, the Transaction Manager plays a crucial role in ensuring that customers receive exceptional service during the finance and insurance sales process. This position is integral to achieving positive outcomes for our clients while maintaining compliance with industry regulations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the sale of vehicles along with finance and insurance products, ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Provide expert guidance to Sales Executives throughout the sales process, balancing customer satisfaction with sales objectives.
- Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and evaluating trade-in vehicles.
- Prepare and present monthly reports detailing finance and insurance sales performance.
- Enhance the skills of the Sales Executive team through training focused on finance and insurance products.
Candidate Profile:
- Demonstrated experience in a Transaction or Business Manager role within a franchise environment, or a background as a Sales Executive or Sales Controller.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Possess a professional demeanor with the capability to mentor and guide others.
- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to compliance.
- A collaborative team player who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
