Role Overview
We are in search of a Finance and Insurance Manager to join our Jaguar Land Rover dealership in Ipswich. This role is pivotal in ensuring positive customer experiences through the sale of financial products, insurance, warranties, and additional services.
Reporting directly to the Sales Manager, this full-time, permanent position is an excellent opportunity for seasoned automotive sales professionals eager to advance their careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage the sale of vehicles along with finance and insurance products, ensuring adherence to Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) regulations.
- Provide expert advice and support to a team of Sales Executives, balancing customer satisfaction with sales objectives.
- Assist in finalizing vehicle sales and determining valuations for trade-ins.
- Prepare monthly reports on finance and insurance sales performance.
- Enhance the skills of the Sales Executive team through training in finance and insurance.
Candidate Profile
- Experience in a Franchise setting as a Transaction/Business Manager or in a Sales Executive or Sales Controller role.
- Able to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Professional demeanor with the capability to mentor and guide others.
- Meticulous attention to detail and compliance standards.
- A collaborative team player who can take initiative and manage multiple tasks.
- Exceptional customer relationship management skills.
