At Mercure London Bridge, we're looking for a skilled Hotel Administrator to join our team. As a key member of our operations team, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of our hotel.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the hotel management team, including preparing reports, managing stationery supplies, and handling incoming and outgoing mail.
  • Register and distribute invoices, chase city ledgers, and liaise with the Accounts department in the head office.
  • Supervise the collection of financial information required by the regional accounts office.
  • Distribute incoming financial information and liaise with departmental managers.
  • Manage lost property and maintain accurate records.
  • Take responsibility for daily banking, including revenue reconciliation and liaising with the head office regarding discrepancies and regulations.
