Reservation Supervisor

We are currently looking for a passionate Reservations Agent to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work in Hospitality' 3 years in a row. **What will you be doing?**
- Demonstrate managerial or supervisory competence in overseeing reservations and bookings.
- Manage, delegate, and provide support for day-to-day activities within these areas.
- Contribute to the hotel's selling strategy and ensure departmental alignment and its implementation.
- Maintain awareness of the competitive marketplace and develop approaches to keep the hotel ahead in the local compset.
- Managing quotes and looking after group bookings.
- Conduct daily and weekly spot checks on bookings.
- Display strong attention to detail and precision in all aspects of reservation management.
- Display adeptness in coordinating and managing reservations department efficiently.
