**Restaurant and Bar Supervisor**

We are currently looking for a passionate Restaurant and Bar Manager to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work in Hospitality' 3 years in a row. **Who you are**
- Be the face of our restaurant and bar and play a vital role in F&B be ensuring the restaurant and bar runs smoothly.
- Provide an excellent customer service and be detail oriented.
- Take responsibility of opening and closing of the restaurant as well as the bar.
- Making sure the service is out on time and clearing any tables/bar area.
- Improving the quality of service and suggest new ideas to smooth out the operation.
- Coordinate with the F&B management team on daily basis
- Support and manage the F&B assistants.

**We are looking for someone who**
- Has great communication skills and friendly personality
- Previous experience in a Restaurant and Bar environment
- Able to stay calm under high pressure and work within a team
- Good attention to detail and taking ownership of events as well as reservations
- Able to build good relationships
- Previous leadership experience in a hospitality sector
