We are currently looking for a passionate Runner to join the team here at Bankside Hotel - Voted one of the 'Best Places to Work Hospitality' 3 years in a row. Sitting consistently in the top tier of all the hotels in London on Trip Advisor, Bankside Hotel is a social hub for anyone, guest or local, with a passion for culture, art and food. **What you will be doing?**
- Giving every guest a friendly welcome and ensure a top class customer service
- Cleaning and preparing tables for guests
- Support the F&B Assistants and Supervisors across the restaurant by assisting in delivering food or drinks
- Polish cutlery and make sure that tables are up to standard at all times
- Ensure that all cutlery is cleaned and maintained properly
- To be able to work both individually and as a part of a team
- Reporting on any stock that are running low
- Effectively communicate any issues immediately to managers on duty or to chefs

**Requirements**:

- Knowledge of table preparation and techniques
- Ability to demonstrate ownership and communicate effectively with team members
- Good level of English and communication skills. (Other languages are always advantages)
