**THE PERSON AND ROLE**
Below is a list of core responsibilities for this role specifically:
- Receiving, properly checking food/beverage/equipment orders and distributing them to appropriate kitchens or storages.
- Checking stock levels and communicating any shortages with the appropriate department manager and reporting with suppliers.
- Distributing received goods across sites and preparing goods for collection.
- Looking after goods-in area, back-of-house areas and logistics equipment, making sure it looks clean and tidy.
- Working closely with events sales team and events operations managers
- To assist with monthly stocktakes which take place on last working day of the month
- To constantly inspect logistics equipment and report any findings.
- The right person would have good understanding of building operations and maintain good working relationship with facilities and security

We operate in four iconic London venues that consist of Kings Place in Kings Cross, Sea Containers and Rose Court on South Bank and Central Hall in Westminster.
Please note that you must be eligible to work in the UK.
Pay: £13.50 per hour
Expected hours: No less than 40 per week
