Central Operations Coordinator

We’re searching for a **Central Operations Coordinator in Bristol or London** to join our team of free thinkers and collaborators.
In this role, you will be responsible for facilitating the communication and collaboration in the operations department, ensuring all operational-related information is delivered to the right audience, at the right time and through the right channel. Their objective to improve accessibility and transparency of operational information and support the department in centralising administrative tasks.
**A role less ordinary.**
- Serve as the primary point of contact for general operational queries, managing the Central Operations inbox, responding to requests or redirecting as appropriate.
- Support Central Operations in collating, storing and drafting SOPs
- Administrate the ReviewPro platform (access rights, hotel groups, user alerts for reviews & surveys, set up of new properties, etc.).
- Own and manage all documentation and resources for Operations (Sharepoint and edyn academy administration
- Own any administrative tasks that can effectively be centralised and owned by Central Operations
- Assist with any new process roll outs or projects in operations, tracking compliance and updating Head of Operations and Central Operations on progress.
- Facilitate effective communication within the operations department and between operations and other departments or external stakeholders

- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- A passion for great guest service
- Knowledge of Microsoft packages, especially Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Great customer service skills - working both internal and external customers
- Excellent written and verbal communication

Based at Embassy House, Bristol with travel to edyn properties from time to time.
You will also have the flexibility to travel to other offices and properties sites as and when required by the business.
