Talent & Development Coordinator

The DAS Group of Companies, a division of Omnicom Group Inc, is a global group of marketing services companies. DAS includes over 200 companies in the following marketing disciplines: specialty, PR, healthcare, CRM, events, promotional marketing, brandingand research.
Operating through a combination of networks and regional organisations, DAS serves international, national, regional, and local clients.
This position is based in SE London. You will work in the European DAS Development Team and report directly into the Senior Talent and Development Manager.
The purpose of this role is to provide administrative support and assistance for delivery of talent programmes, initiatives, and projects.
We are looking for someone who has good attention to detail, excellent communication skills, is highly organised, able to work independently and is a reliable team player.
**Key accountabilities**:
- Coordination for all talent programmes including:
- Scheduling virtual and face to face meetings
- Securing meeting rooms + manage all event logistics
- Compiling attendance lists and monitor engagement with programmes
- Preparing presentations/resources/materials
- Issuing pre
- Gathering timely feedback, collating findings and summarising for review
- Venue sourcing
- Collating nominations for talent programmes for review;
- Engaging with internal stakeholders, facilitators, and external training providers/institutions;
- Reporting on and tracking training funds (training will be given);
- Organising social events to encourage collaboration and connection across programmes;
- Budget management and invoicing;
- Maintaining HR contact database;
- Additional administrative or event support for the wider team as required;
- Being the key administrative touch point for all participants in talent development programmes.
**Skills and experience required**:
- 1-2 years’ experience in HR, Talent Development or Learning & Development. A passion for working in Learning & Development is highly desirable.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills; fluent written and spoken English.
- Flexible and adaptable - able to use initiative.
- Highly motivated and assertive individual with ability to work to tight deadlines with mínimal supervision.
- Collaborative team player mentality and ability to work proactively in a small team.
- Organised and proactive with a 'can do’ attitude/ownership mindset.
- Confidence in analysing data, presenting themes and findings visually for senior stakeholders.
- Strong organisational and detail-oriented skills with ability to handle multiple tasks and to follow through on delegated projects to completion.
- Proactive, mature, resourceful, and efficient, with a high level of professionalism and confidentiality.
- Excellent calendar management skills, including coordination of complex executive meetings and audio/web conferencing.
- Experience interacting with staff at all levels, with strong interpersonal skills.
- Skilled in MS Office programmes - Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint and Teams.
