The Role:

In this crucial position, you will be responsible for nurturing current partnerships through exceptional account management while also leading the charge in acquiring and expanding new accounts within the dynamic on-trade IFT market. We seek a remarkable relationship builder who can effectively present our premium offerings. Your responsibilities will include strengthening our partner wholesale outlets, implementing retention strategies for ABI brands, and demonstrating strong business insight while achieving impressive KPI outcomes, all while adhering to ABI's core principles.

As you excel in this position, you will gain the skills necessary to transition into key account management roles within sales, whether in the on-trade or off-trade sectors, or even pursue leadership positions across various functions.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Increase AB InBev's market share and sales within the National On-Trade Wholesale Partner.
  • Achieve distribution, volume, and other commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with customers to develop promotional strategies that ensure AB InBev's leading position across categories and surpass competitors in key commercial metrics.
  • Establish a robust network of professional relationships, including HO contacts, Wholesale Salesforce, WKAMs, and Technical Support.
  • Coordinate with the Leadership Team to participate in and lead Regional Sales Meetings.
  • Monitor and manage ABI listing fee accounts.
  • Support the execution of cross-functional projects.
  • Analyze relevant data to enhance individual and team performance.
