Role Overview

We are looking for a dedicated Restaurant Team Leader to join our Food and Beverage Department. This position involves working 40 hours per week, primarily in the evenings, to ensure our dining operations run smoothly and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire your team to deliver exceptional service and operational standards.
  • Ensure a seamless dining experience for all guests.
  • Oversee daily operations, ensuring efficiency and quality.
  • Provide training and support to team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
  • Manage cash handling and inventory control effectively.
  • Collaborate with culinary staff to maintain high food quality.
  • Motivate and supervise your team, ensuring engagement and development.
