Job Overview:

As the Head Chef at Browns Sutton Park, you will be responsible for leading the culinary team in creating an exceptional dining experience for our guests. Your expertise and leadership skills will be essential in driving the kitchen's success and maintaining the highest standards of quality and consistency.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement menus that showcase the best of seasonal ingredients and culinary techniques
  • Lead and motivate a high-performing kitchen team to achieve exceptional results
  • Manage kitchen operations, including inventory, ordering, and supply chain management
  • Collaborate with the restaurant management team to ensure seamless service and exceptional guest experiences
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve kitchen operations and menu offerings

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Head Chef or Senior Kitchen Manager in a high-volume restaurant environment
  • Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
  • Excellent culinary skills, with a deep understanding of menu development, kitchen operations, and food safety
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, with a focus on attention to detail and quality control
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
