About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Executive Chef to join our culinary team at The Belfry Hotel & Resort. As a key member of our kitchen team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional culinary experiences to our guests.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook a variety of dishes to the highest standards, using only the freshest ingredients sourced from local suppliers.
  • Develop and implement new menu ideas, taking into account seasonal ingredients and guest preferences.
  • Lead and motivate a team of culinary staff, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements
