About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Chef to join our team at Browns Brasserie and Bar. As a key member of our culinary team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional food quality and service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Menu Development: Create and maintain a menu that showcases our brand's culinary expertise and exceeds guest expectations.
  • Culinary Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of chefs to achieve high standards of food quality, presentation, and service.
  • Kitchen Operations: Ensure efficient and effective kitchen operations, including inventory management, food preparation, and presentation.
  • Quality Control: Maintain the highest standards of food quality, safety, and hygiene in the kitchen.

Requirements

  • Culinary Experience: A minimum of 2 years' experience in a senior culinary role, preferably in a high-volume restaurant or hotel environment.
  • Culinary Qualifications: Relevant culinary qualifications, such as a degree in culinary arts or a professional chef's certification.
  • Leadership Skills: Proven leadership skills and experience in managing a team of chefs.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests, colleagues, and suppliers.
