About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Technical Administrator Trainee to join our Special Process and Repair NPI Engineering team. As a Technical Administrator Trainee, you will work closely with our team to support the development and implementation of digital tools and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the development and maintenance of digital tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Teams to track technical project progress.
  • Contribute to the improvement of the NPI process through the use and development of digital tools.
  • Support the team in planning and coordinating multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure effective communication and project delivery.
  • Assist in the interpretation of inspection and repair sections of Engine Shop Manuals and other technical publications.

Requirements:

  • Technical background with a focus on repair and inspection processes.
  • Experience with digital tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Teams.
  • Ability to plan and coordinate multiple projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Ability to interpret technical documentation and publications.
