Technical Support Administrator - Repair Operations

Role Overview:
The selected individual will be an integral part of the Special Process and Repair NPI Engineering team, functioning in a technical support administrator role. This position focuses on facilitating the execution of the site’s Repair Industrialization strategy.

This opportunity is ideal for candidates with a technical background seeking professional growth within the engineering team.

The individual must collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to achieve desired outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize various digital platforms such as Miro, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Teams to monitor the progress of technical projects.
- Organize technical reviews of new repair processes and procedures within the shop.
- Coordinate technical evaluations among multiple stakeholders.
- Prepare technical documentation, including routers, process sheets, and other relevant instructions.
- Provide daily administrative support for the site’s NPI schedule.
- Identify opportunities for enhancing the NPI process through the use and development of digital tools.

Qualifications and Experience:
- A technical degree or equivalent practical experience in a relevant technical field.
- At least 12 months of pertinent experience in an engineering or technical aviation role; internship or trainee experience is acceptable.
- Familiarity with repair and inspection processes applicable to the overhaul of Aircraft Engine Components.
- Proven proficiency in utilizing digital tools.

- Capability to create clear and precise engineering documentation.
- Proficiency in interpreting inspection and repair sections of Engine Shop Manuals and other technical literature.
- Ability to work collaboratively with a diverse range of stakeholders.
