Job Summary:
Undisclosed is seeking a highly skilled Technical Administrator to join their Engineering team. The successful candidate will work closely with the Special Process and Repair NPI Engineering team to provide technical support and administrative assistance.
- Key Responsibilities:
- Utilize digital tools such as Miro, Smartsheet, Spotfire, and Teams to track technical project progress and coordinate shop technical reviews of new repairs and procedures.
- Coordinate technical reviews between multiple stakeholders and compile technical documentation, including routers, process/technique sheets, and other technical instructions.
- Provide day-to-day administrative support for the site NPI schedule and seek opportunities to improve the NPI process through the use and development of digital tools.
Requirements:
- Qualifications:
- A technical degree or demonstrated practical experience in a technical discipline.
- A minimum of 12 months relevant experience in an engineering or technical role, including internship/trainee time.
- Knowledge of repair and inspection processes applicable to the overhaul of Aircraft Engine Components.
- Demonstrated ability to use digital tools and compile concise and accurate engineering documentation.
Desired Characteristics:
- Ability to effectively interpret inspection and repair sections of Engine Shop Manuals and other technical publications.
- Ability to plan and coordinate several projects/tasks simultaneously.
