Key Responsibilities

  • Provide excellent customer service and maintain a professional level of customer service at all times.
  • Assist customers in finding products and answering questions about store offerings.
  • Identify and capitalize on sales opportunities to drive sales growth.
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining a clean and organized store environment.
  • Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to achieve sales goals and objectives.
  • Comply with company policies and procedures, including cash handling and administration.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales skills and product knowledge.

Requirements

  • Maths and English GCSE Grade C or above or equivalent.
  • Three months previous experience in a retail environment.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
  • Good standard of dress and appearance.

Preferred Qualifications

  • WSET Foundation Certificate.
  • Previous experience of cash handling and stock control.
  • Interest and/or knowledge of wine.
