**Please note**: This role is a full-time, permanent position, operating from Monday to Thursday, 8.30 am to 5.30 pm, and Friday 8.30 am to 4.00 pm.
- **The Role**:
Working closely with the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for continually improving the quantity and quality of sales leads through Google Ad and Google Shopping activity, as well as optimising traffic, conversion and RoAs on the companies various E-Commerce channels and brands across the UK and Ireland.**Responsibilities**:

- Optimize existing PPC campaigns to maximize ROI and increase website traffic, using your analytical skills and initiative.
- Manage campaigns across various search platforms, such as Google AdWords and Bing.
- Monitor budget allocation and adjust bids to optimize ROI and increase traffic volumes.
- Track key performance indicators (KPIs) to assess campaign effectiveness and address any issues.
- Generate reports for management, team members, and product owners/managers.
- Detect and address click fraud to prevent revenue loss.
- Conduct split and multivariate testing of website landing pages and forms to maximize ROI per visit.**Requirements**:

- Strong background in Digital Marketing, Digital Media, Social Media Marketing, Digital Advertising or business-related environments.
- 3 years’ experience working on PPC campaigns to drive ROI and increase website traffic.
- Knowledge of SEO and Digital Marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with various PPC platforms, including Google and Bing AdWords.
- Proficiency in data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager is advantageous.
- Understanding of HTML and XML would be desirable.**The Package**:
