We have ambitious plans for our future growth and are actively recruiting a PPC/Google Shopping specialist to join our small, but established marketing team.

**About the Role**

We want to progress the position of our group of companies via a range of PPC activities. We’re seeking a motivated and passionate PPC professional located in Northern Ireland, with a history of improving lead conversion rates and e-commerce sales through the use of Google Ads and Google Shopping, someone who has a hunger for professional growth and development.

You will have a passion for all things PPC and be motivated by the opportunity to help grow our company’s success expand the ranking capabilities in the UK & Irish markets

The key responsibility of this role is to continually improve the quantity and quality of sales leads due to Google Ad activity, as well as continually improve our traffic, conversion, and RoAS on our e-commerce channels in the United Kingdom & Ireland. The role will include but not be limited to; competitor analysis, technical audits, creating/implementing and maintaining campaigns, reporting, and monitoring of search trends.

**Responsibilities**
- Using initiative to optimise existing PPC campaigns to maximise ROI and website traffic.
- Conduct keyword selection and audience targeting.
- Writing and optimising attractive and concise advert copy.
- Managing campaigns on various search platforms (e.g. Google AdWords, Bing).
- Monitoring budget and adjusting bids to maximise ROI and traffic volumes.
- Tracking KPIs to assess performance and correcting issues detected.
- Producing reports for management, team members.
- Detecting and correcting loss of revenue due to click fraud.
- Split and multivariate testing of different website landing pages and website forms to ensure maximum ROI per website visit
- Identifying ways to further enhance our marketing activities/online journey by studying competitor practices and by using your initiative
- Keeping fully abreast of all PPC and SEM industry trends

**Personal Specification**

**Experience**
- Experience in a digital marketing, digital media, computing, science, technology, mathematical or business-related environment.
- Commercial experience working on PPC campaigns to increase ROI and website traffic
- Knowledge of SEO and digital marketing concepts.
- Familiarity with multiple PPC platforms (including Google and Bing AdWords).
- Experience in data analysis and reporting.
- Working knowledge of Google Analytics is a plus.
- Working knowledge of Google Tag Manager is a plus.

**Capabilities**
- Excellent analytical and data interpretation skills.
- Excellent skills in MS Office (particularly Excel).
- Ability to manage projects successfully against tight deadlines.
- Ability to multi-task.
- Ability to self-educate yourself where required.
- Able to work with mínimal supervision.
- Understanding of HTML and XML is a plus.
