Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior National Account Manager to join our team at The Advocate Group. As a key member of our FMCG recruitment team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships with our clients and candidates in the grocery and high-street channels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maximise return on investment and grow sales through customer development and continuous improvement in all aspects of the job.
  • Network across accounts in all relevant departments and develop positive working relationships.
  • Adopt a 'more for less' approach to drive sales growth and improve efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and developments to provide expert advice and guidance to clients and candidates.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in grocery sales and account management.
  • Strong understanding of the FMCG industry and its trends.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
