In this role, you will play a vital part in providing outstanding customer experiences while supporting the smooth operation of our branch.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Execute timely and efficient deliveries and collections of equipment to customers.
  • Demonstrate product knowledge confidently to customers, ensuring they understand how to use our tools and equipment safely and effectively.
  • Provide exceptional customer service both on-site at the branch and during delivery routes.
  • Maintain a safe and organized storage environment for all equipment.
  • Contribute to various branch tasks as needed, supporting the overall efficiency of the team.

Requirements:

  • Possess a full driving license with a clean record.
  • Have a basic understanding of machinery operation and workplace safety protocols.
  • Demonstrate strong customer service skills and a commitment to providing positive interactions.
