Job Title: Senior Salesforce Business Analyst

We are seeking an experienced Senior Salesforce Business Analyst to join our team at IKO Waterproofing and Insulation EU. As a key member of our digital transformation team, you will be responsible for driving business value through the effective use of Salesforce technology.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects from a solution delivery perspective, from requirements gathering to delivery, in an Agile, Scrum-based environment.
  • Support project and program managers to build project plans and timelines.
  • Build and maintain accurate user stories/business requirements with user acceptance criteria.
  • Liaise between the client and project team to evaluate business value of user stories/business requirements and prioritize them for execution.
  • Position solutions and options to business stakeholders.
  • Support and collaborate with the development team during the implementation of requirements.
  • Create supporting technical documentation.
Requirements:
  • 8+ years of experience as a Salesforce Business Analyst on large and complex technology projects with a strong focus on digital.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience with large and medium-size projects involving internal teams and external partners.
  • Strong client-facing/customer-facing experience to deliver solution overviews, webinars, and training.
  • Business process flows and modeling.
  • Experience with SDLC methodology.
  • Solid presentation, facilitation, interview, and workshop facilitation skills.
  • Solid communication skills with the ability to work with executive-level staff.
  • Knowledge of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software, preferably Salesforce Communities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience using native mobile apps and responsive design to digital solutions.
  • Successful delivery of e-commerce, digital marketing, and CRM projects.
  • Oracle JDE is an asset.
  • Working experience with a leading e-commerce and integration platform(s), including but not limited to Salesforce, WordPress, Oracle Fusion Middleware.
  • Exposed to or directly used ECM, or Web CMS.
  • XML/XML Schema and experience with data modeling.
  • UI/UX design principles.
  • SharePoint experience is an asset.
  • Basic knowledge of CSS/HTML/Javascript.
Work Authorizations and Travel:

~30% travel within Europe locations is required.
