About Our Service: The Clinical Genetics service operates across multiple regions, providing specialized clinics and support. As part of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality administrative assistance to our clinical staff.

Role Overview: The Clinic Coordinator will collaborate closely with the clinical team to manage referrals, schedule appointments, and ensure effective communication with patients. You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting in the triage of referrals by coordinating with clinical personnel.
  • Managing patient communications through various channels, including generating letters and reminders.
  • Informing patients of any changes to their appointments promptly.

Work Environment: Given the sensitive nature of our work, candidates should be prepared to encounter emotionally challenging situations. Flexibility and adaptability are essential to meet the dynamic demands of this role.
